OBJECTIVE: Undertone booked premier sponsor space for Advertising Week.  Their objective was to transform the lobby of the New York Times Center into a unique and defining space for Undertone.

MAKING A SPLASH:

Following the appeal of Undertone’s advertising campaign, P&O designed a living greenhouse to immerse guests in Undertone’s premier lobby space as they walked in the door.  Creating a cozy garden feel, P&O transformed the space on-site by covering the walls with foliage and the area with plants and casual furniture.  Additional features included:

  • A 90”monitor ran an attraction loop on Undertone
  • A barista bar with a latte artist served attendees coffee options with the Undertone logo in the foam
  • A demonstration station delivered the product message to attendees
  • Pillar wraps with the Undertone logo and message

RIDING THE WAVE TO SUCCESS:

Undertone’s “Unmissable Advertising” certainly rang true in the Times Center lobby with this unique look and feel for an exhibit space.  Attendees were immediately attracted to the area and spent significant time in the space, learning and absorbing the feel of Undertone.
